What services do you provide?
I have developed a variety of skills throughout my career as an office professional. These skills and services have enabled me to become an efficient and effective manager of sorts. For my list of services, click HERE.
What is the best way to contact you?
I can be reached via several methods: email, scheduling a free consultation, or filling out the contact form HERE. Once you’re a customer, we can communicate via Slack or Google Workspace Chat.
What is your turnaround time to respond to emails and text messages?
I respond to any inquiry as quickly as possible but always within 1 business day. For example: if you send a message at 11am on a Monday, I’ll get back to you by 11am on the following Tuesday. If you send a message at 5pm on a Friday, I’ll respond by 5pm on the following business day.
How do I securely share my business passwords/billing/credit card information with you?
I utilize LastPass® which is a password manager that allows users to securely store and share passwords. Additionally, I use Google Workspace and encourage my clients to use the same as it is a secure file and data sharing platform, along with so many more features.
My business deals with sensitive/personal information. What security measures do you have in place to protect my clients’ information?
I take security very seriously. Your information will always be secured. We will sign a confidentiality agreement or a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if your business deals with sensitive information.
How often do you send an invoice? How do you accept payments?
For hourly rate clients, I send the invoice on the 1st of the month for services completed in the prior month.
For package rate clients, I send the invoice on the 1st of the month when services begin.
Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, debit card, Paypal, Apple Pay, personal or business check sent via mail.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes, to protect all parties, a client agreement will be drawn up and e-signed before starting any work. The agreement will include a description of services, terms of payment, scope of work, client responsibilities, relationship of the parties, office hours, and communication methods.
